The dog really didn’t eat my website but it did eat my grass fed organic beef bones.

You may be thinking those bones are for a dog but in actuality those bones would have made delicious bone broth.

Bone broth is a rich source of minerals like calcium, magnesium and phosphorus. It is also a good source of amino acids. The broth helps improve allergies, digestion, immune health and brain health. Bone broth is easy to make.

It can be made with raw bones or from leftover ones. I like the raw bones best.

Just add the bones to a pot with water and cut in some carrots, celery and onions or what other vegetables I have on hand. Let it cook at a low heat for hours.

When it is done cooking the rich broth can be saved for later. Always have some frozen just in case someone in is feeling a little under the weather. As the weather gets colder it is so welcoming to have the nutritious bone broth when I come inside on a really cold day.

Always use bones from organically raised animals, the non-organically raised animals bones may contain toxins.
